Re: XPlane 12
From other users who have, it is more like XP11.8 and has a good handful of issues. Hard pass for me. I'm still on FSX and happy enough. I can wait a few more years to see if any sim 'rises to the top' above all others.

I see P3D as more of a sideways move. Its best feature is no OOM errors. Look around at the forums, still many frame rate or performance complaints.
Its time for a complete new sim and we (majority?) are all hoping MS2020 is it.

Wish we had the numeric index to this. I'd love to know what many of those numbers are referring to.

How was food and drinks loaded?
When these planes were in service, does anyone know if the catering supplies were loaded through the cargo doors or through main passenger door?
Also wondering where the fuel and water were pumped?
Sort of wondering for how to setup GSX is all.
Thanks.

If FSX starts to get largely unsupported, I will definitely move but to Xplane, not P3D.

Re: OOOOOkay... This is killing me
From a non-VR owner point of view, it seems like VR is fading away. Pardon me for asking, but what makes you feel that way? Everything I've sensed says it's on the upswing. Because it's not in most news anymore. The overall buzz is very niche, not increasing in the mainstream. When Apple releases a...

Re: OOOOOkay... This is killing me
The current helmets of choice are the Windows Mixed Reality one, including Lenovo, Acer, HP and Samsung. Interesting feedback. I've never even heard of these. From a non-VR owner point of view, it seems like VR is fading away. An expensive niche product that is cumbersome to use, fidelity lacking a...

Re: Which is more challenging to fly? Connie or B377
What I would wish for its visual icing.. On all A2A planes. That would be a nice addition.. On the windows or wing? Not sure if any addon plane has visual wing icing? Can't say I've ever seen a picture of one with it anyway. The B377 windows fog/frost up if heaters aren't turned on, I assume the Co...
