Re: RealityXP GNS 430w/530w in A2A aircraft

Full animation of pressing bezel buttons on the RXP GNS gauges is only supported in our newer releases, namely the Cessna 172 for P3Dv4/5 and the Bonanza. For the older products, only the rotation of the knobs is animated. Thanks, Nick Thank you for your reply Nick. Since the A2A Aircraft Configura...

RealityXP GNS 430w/530w in A2A aircraft

Does anyone know if the rotary knobs and push buttons on the RealityXP GNS 430w/530w are animated in the Virtual Cockpit for A2A aircraft such as the 172/182?

Everything functions and the knobs rotate and buttons depress in the 2D pop up window for the GPS but in the Virtual Cockpit, they don’t move.

Re: Ban the person above you.

I’m banning Styggron for calling the new Microsoft Flight Simulator released in 2020, FSXI. Noooooo!

Call it MSFS2020, FS2020, MSFS11, FS11, or just plain ole MSFS but please do not use FSX in the name. The are different animals and it’s confusing.

Re: Is there a specific forum location for MSFS 2020?

Oh hell let’s not start calling the new Microsoft Flight Simulator released in 2020 FSXI. It’s too confusing and looks too close to FSX.

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

Thank you to everyone including Scott who replied to my question to help me make a decision. I've been on the fence for months since I purchased a new PC and have been agonizing over which direction to go. With P3D v5 out now and the new FS2020 coming out soon I've waited and waited to see which for...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

A2A, can you provide any information regarding A2A product support in the new Microsoft Flight Simulator releasing in less than a month on August 18th? Jon, we can't port any airplanes to FS2020 or any flight sim for that matter. Every airplane we make from this point on, whether it's for FS2020 or...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

Very true, it does take time for A2A to develop their aircraft which is appreciated. I missed Scott's comments about having aircraft available on release of the new sim. Can you point me to that? My comments were based on this post by Scott: https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=708...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

Edit to add: You've been around A2A long enough to know how long it takes A2A to create a new aircraft, or even to upgrade one to a new version of the sim. It does not appear that A2A will have an aircraft ready for MSFS on release, based on Scott's comments. Hook Very true, it does take time for A...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

A2A, can you provide any information regarding A2A product support in the new Microsoft Flight Simulator releasing in less than a month on August 18th? I'm currently on FSX Steam and A2A aircraft are a must have for my simulator experience and I'm trying to decide if I should invest in Prepar3d or t...

Re: MS Flight Simulator disc version

I did a quick look around and Amazon prices are insane while eBay prices are tolerable. But can the disc version still be activated? Edit: Here's the cheapest NEW copy I could find . Best of luck in your search. Thanks for the reply but to clarify I’m referring to the new Microsoft Flight Simulator...

MS Flight Simulator disc version

Call me old fashion but I just tried to pre-order MS Flight Simulator disc version from Aerosoft and after entering all my information it stated they would not ship it to the United States. Does anyone know what's up or know where it can be purchased on disc for the US? I had read they were selling ...

New PC - FSX or Prepar3d?

Just got a new PC and trying to decide if I should install FSX Steam or buy Prepar3d and make the switch. Lately I've only been flying a few A2A aircraft so that's not a factor in my decision. Same goes for other addons like scenery. I'm also factoring in the new Microsoft Flight Simulator being rel...

Re: What was the date of the last A2A release?

Great discussion and information everyone! It looks like the future will be bright with upcoming A2A releases. For me personally I need to decide if I should jump from FSX to Prepar3d or wait until the new M$ sim is released. I think part of my decision will be based on what A2A will have available ...

Re: What was the date of the last A2A release?

Hi. The cub for P3Dv4 has been in beta for about 2 months , so might be released about xmas , also the texan 2 for the military might be ready for the public about xmas , B17 for the P3Dv4 is in work apparently , plus thanks to constant P3D updates that seem to screw something on A2A aircraft , is ...

What was the date of the last A2A release?

Seems like it has been such a long time since we’ve seen anything new. Can we expect anything in the near future?
