Hello,
You should be able to log into your Steam installation of MSFS and then sign in with the same Gamertag that you used previously to access your content in the in-game Marketplace.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Navaid Sound Problems
No, nothing should be leaking through Avio, the morse ident should be completely muted if any of those three actions I mentioned are taken. Would you be able to record and share a quick video clip of what you're experiencing? As for the quiet morse ident volume, even at max. it might be worth raisin...

Re: Navaid Sound Problems
Just to clarify a bit guys, these morse ident tones are part of the default MSFS sound environment so you should find that the max volume is the same across all aircraft in the sim. If not, please let me know of one where it's louder. In other words, all we can let you do is turn the sound up to its...

Re: ZFW changing during flight
Using the 'A' or 'Shift A' keystrokes during flight is one way in which you might inadvertently skip to one of the external instrument cameras for the walkaround stations. The regular external or showcase cameras shouldn't cause any change in ZFW as for these the pilot remains in the cockpit. Thanks...

Re: Will a new Comanche become a used one over time?
Hi Frank, Yes, a new aircraft will indeed become a used one over time. You can actually choose to accelerate the wear rate too via the 'advanced options' on the tablet should you wish. If you click the 'used' button on the tablet it will indeed create a different used aircraft. (I nearly wrote a new...

Aha, thanks for confirming that Ed and also thanks for the suggestion there Frank. Exactly why open tech support forums like this one are so beneficial for customers and developers alike!

Re: Installation probs
Hello,
There are separate installers for our add-ons for version 4 and 5 of Prepar3D. Please can you just confirm which version of P3D you've switched to? I'm thinking it would be a little unusual if it's P3Dv4 which was released quite a few years ago now.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Audio Panel again
Yes, absolutely correct, Seaford VOR. :) For what it's worth, this was with all the volume sliders in MSFS at 100% so yes, might be interesting to see if there's any difference between the PC and Xbox sounds. I guess you could try backing off the engine volume slider a touch and then turning up your...

Re: Audio Panel again
Hi Frank,
Here's a very quick vid I just recorded (in some typical English spring weather!) with the NAV2 morse ident at full volume and the headphone noise cancellation active. Just curious as to how this compares with what you're hearing?
Cheers,
Nick

Re: Blank instruments and no surface detail
You're welcome Graham, it sounds like something may have ended up misconfigured with the PBR aspect of P3Ds graphics. Anyway, great to hear the issue is fixed and hope you enjoy the Cub.
All the best,
Nick

Re: ZFW changing during flight
Hello,
One possible explanation for this is if you inadvertently moved the viewpoint to one of the external walkaround cameras via the 'next instrument view' shortcut. This would take you out to a view of the right wing initially. Does anything like this sound familiar?
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Autopilot weirdness - Comanche 250 for MSFS
Hello Ed and welcome! Really please to hear you're enjoying the Comanche so much too. :) The autopilot issue sounds like dual inputs are being sent, so the autopilot master is being toggled on by your hardware, and the autopilot mode is also being changed simultaneously. Just to confirm the issue is...

Re: Blank instruments and no surface detail
Okay, thanks for checking and confirming Graham. I think the next thing to try is reverting P3D to its default graphical settings. The way I'd recommend you do this is to rename the 'Prepar3D.cfg' in the 'C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5' folder so the sim generate...

Re: Blank instruments and no surface detail
Hi Graham, Apologies for the slow reply, the Cub forum doesn't get much traffic these days so can get a little overlooked. :) Please can you check the combined file size of all the A2A_PiperJ3 folders in the A2A/Simobject directory. It should be 1.10 GB as shown below. Screenshot 2024-04-21 174527.p...
