Re: Landing Issue
Hello Gerald, Landing gear collapse due to damage from a hard landing isn't modelled, but it sounds like a wing lifted during your landing (perhaps there was a tricky crosswind?) which might have given the impression of this. We're a bit limited with what damage can be simulated in situation like th...

Re: Speed perception
Hi JKdad212, Your zoom level can have a pretty significant impact on speed perception in the sim, so might be worth checking this is consistent across the aircraft in question. I had a quick play around with changing the sim rate and can't reproduce any ill effects. Also, it's very obvious when the ...

Re: VOR’s not working
Hi Paul,
I can't think of anything config-wise that would cause this. Obviously for the GTN, double-check it's in VLOC mode. Anyway, no problem picking up either of these here.
Cheers,
Nick

Ah, jolly good and don't worry, I won't force you to divulge the details. Rather regret spending my life savings on all those goats now.

Re: ADS-B traffic GNS 530W
You're welcome Michael, and don't worry, operation of these GNS units isn't exactly the most intuitive thing to get to grips with.

Nick

Re: ADS-B traffic GNS 530W
Hi Michael,
Yes, this is the prompt "ADS ON?" (note the question mark). You'll need to push the "ENT" button on the bezel to confirm the change while the field is still highlighted.
Cheers,
Nick

Re: ADS-B traffic GNS 530W
Hi,
You can switch the ADS mode out of standby in the Working Title GNS 530W/430W units. When on the traffic page, press the right hand rotary knob, rotate it to the right, then hit the enter button.
Cheers,
Nick

Re: Cockpit registration gone
Ah, thanks for the update Ron. That's a little odd though, as mine is set to 'off' and the registrations still show. Going from the tooltip, I think this setting is intended to control whether nametags are displayed next to aircraft other than your own, but there's evidently more to it than that. As...

Re: Cockpit registration gone
So this will be the virtual file system within A2A? Because the issue is still there when everything other than basic A2A Comanche has been eliminated. (...) Nope, this is the virtual file system that MSFS uses, it's not something A2A specific. If you load other aircraft that use the dynamic regist...

Re: Comanche 1" above ground and engine dies
Hello Pramod, If you're able to use the tablet and the home screen doesn't show any error messages, sounds like it's initialized successfully. Would you be able to record a short video of loading the Comanche in the sim, then activating and then deactivating slew mode from an external camera with a ...

Re: Cockpit registration gone
Hold the front page! Not finished yet. NONE of the default liveries except 29P display the registration on the outside! So my N7791P is nekkid as a jaybird. Is that a clue? Yes, this seems to support the idea that another add-on has screwed up the virtual file system Ron, as discussed by Raul in th...
