Re: A/P is ignoring the RXP GNS 530

Good to hear that did the trick Willem and thanks for confirming. I think this is a setting which wasn't needed when the Cherokee for P3Dv4 was originally released, but seems it is now. Anyway, happy flights!

Cheers,
Nick

Re: A/P is ignoring the RXP GNS 530

To access the settings menu for the RXP GNS Willem, you'll need to open the 2-D pop up panel by clicking on the screen in the VC and then place the top cursor at the top edge the 2-D panel then use shift and right click.

Cheers,
Nick

Re: A/P is ignoring the RXP GNS 530

Hi Willem, Please can you let us know which options are selected in the RXP settings for the GNS as these have changed a bit since the Cherokee's release. However, you should have "LinkVor = true" and I believe you may also need "LinkHsi = true" now too ("Connect GPS to HSI"). Basically, you'll need...

Re: Migrate license from A2A store to Orbx store possible ?

Hi Guys,

Afraid it's not possible to transfer previous purchases from the A2A store or other retailers to your Orbx account.

Thanks,
Nick

Re: Updating account

Hi Neil, FSPilotShop and FlightSimStore have closed down, so we've been trying to help A2A customers who purchased our products from these companies by manually transferring them to an account on our store here. To go about this, please drop Lewis a PM as Tomas says. However, we can't transfer licen...

Re: Accu-Feel v2 install problems

Hi Mike, Thanks for the update and apologies for the delayed reply. It's a little hard to follow exactly what the "old backup files" you refer to are, but if you've reinstalled FSX-SE and then you started seeing graphical issues, it would have been better to delete the cached shaders and other files...

Re: oil temp does not change?

If you're looking for the installed files Dom, by default they'll be in the "Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\A2A" directory unless you chose a different location during installation.

Thanks,
Nick

Re: Flap & Gear does not move, can not load laggage

Thanks for the update Moto. It does sound like there's something quite specific to the software setup on your system that's causing this flight load issue. Though we advise customers not to save a complex add-on like the Comanche in the default flight, loading it straight from the scenario startup s...

Hi Lorenzo and welcome.

If you drop Lewis above a PM, he should be able to help you out with this.

Thanks,
Nick

Re: Flap & Gear does not move, can not load laggage

Thank you for the additional info Moto. That's an impressive list of add-ons and hardware, so I think for troubleshooting this issue, it's best if we can thin the list out a bit. To start with, please can you launch P3D with FSUIPC disabled (just move the FSUIPC5.dll into a different folder before l...

Re: oil temp does not change?

Hello Dom, If you're in cruise flight, the cowl flaps generally won't be needed for cooling the engine which is why the checklist calls for them to be closed. However, if you're in, say, a sustained high-power climb at comparatively low airspeed, with the cowl flaps closed, you'll see the cylinder h...

Re: Flap & Gear does not move, can not load laggage

Hello Moto and welcome. Please can you let us know if you have any other P3D utilities or add-ons running when you use the Comanche? Also, after you reset the Prepar3D.cfg, can you confirm if you're launching the original default P3Dv5 flight and then selecting the Comanche, or are you loading the C...

Re: Accu-Feel v2 install problems

Thanks Mike, Okay, that confirms that your system is indeed using the dual FSX installation registry keys because FSX and FSX-SE were installed concurrently at some point in the past. The Accu-Feel installer actually predates the release of the Steam Edition of FSX, so in the slightly unusual situat...

Re: Elevator trim not working

Hi Dudley, This thread is a few months old, so changes are you already have the latest version installed. If you want to double-check, you can compare the version number shown in your list of installed apps in Windows Settings against the latest version number (currently 21.1.31.0) which should alwa...
