Re: Microsoft FFB Sidewinder 2 problem
Update I still don't know what caused the throttle to start moving when the stick is moved forward and back but I have found a solution. Someone on AVSIM suggested unchecking "Use controllers" in P3D and that stopped the movement. I'll keep looking and if anyone else can offer a solution t...

Re: Microsoft FFB Sidewinder 2 problem
Hi MarcE The slider was connected to a separate board with other buttons and that board was completely removed from the stick. Also I went through P3D, SPAD.neXt and FSUIPC and there are no remaining assignments for the throttle. I don't care that the slider is moving in the calibration mode, just t...

Microsoft FFB Sidewinder 2 problem
Hello I'm hoping someone can offer a solution to my issue. I had taken it apart and mounted it in my pit and I'm only using the stick, buttons and hat. The other parts were disconnected and removed. I have been using this stick with P3D 4.5 and MSFS2020 for several years with no problems. A few days...

A different kind of controller
Hello everyone I’ve recently found a controller that offers some options for those of us that try to use the mouse and keyboard as little as possible and I would like to share that information with you. Here’s a little back story about my pit. This is my P-51 MIL cockpit that I use with the A2A MIL ...

Re: Still loving the T6 after all these years
WillPowerTrance, I agree 100% with your thoughts on the A2A T-6.
I took this pic a few weeks ago as I was enjoying one of my T-6's.
Take care

Re: Finished Community Repaints
Thanks Waffler11 for the great livery!
I lived in Ohio for 62 years, Dayton area, before retiring to Florida in 2014. I covered the Western part of Ohio as my sales territory and stopped in Urbana to check on the B-17 or the USAF Museum whenever I had time.
Take care

Re: Air Manager Panels for MSFS Comanche
Thank you Sling for a great set of instruments! I purchased them Friday and have been setting up my gauges for my pit. I would encourage anyone interested in gauges on separate screens to check out the video on the ESA page listed in the first post above. For the Comanche click on it at the bottom o...

Re: Air Manager Panels for MSFS Comanche
Hi Sling Thank you for creating these instruments. I use Air Manager for my other planes and look forward to your Comanche panel but have a question. I have a MIP panel over a 27 inch LCD for my current instruments. Will I be able to move your instruments individually so they line up with my MIP? Th...

Re: Force Feedback via XPForce - elevator trim, gear turbulance etc.
Hi StefanL
I also have a MS Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 but use AirForce Player for MSFS 2020. As I taxi I can feel the thump in the stick as I move across the tarmac sections.
In flight I do feel some resistance during maneuvers and also get a stick shake as a stall is starting.
Take care

Re: WANTING A NEW PC SYSTEM SET UP JUST FOR FLIGHT SIM
I agree with Dudley. I bought my Jetline system in 2017 and it is still capable of running MSFS 2020.

If Abbott and Costello were alive today
If Bud Abbott and Lou Costello were alive today, their infamous sketch, "Who's on First?" might have turned out something like this: COSTELLO CALLS ABBOT TO BUY A COMPUTER ABBOTT: Super Duper computer store. Can I help you? COSTELLO: Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den and I'm think...
