Re: Meeting the real HJGB and Pilot
Thanks for all the reply's and photo's folks. It was really neet to meet Mr. Winter and see his Mustang. I did ask Mr. Winter how much it cost to maintain a plane like his and he just laughed!!! But did say that he had just had the engine overhauled. No wonder he's a physician now........he definite...

Meeting the real HJGB and Pilot
I was at work when I heard that awesome "piston engine" sound that most of us love to hear. I knew right away that it was some type of WWII aircraft. I looked up and saw this beautiful P-51D thundering overhead. I watched as it landed at the airport basically across the street from where I...

Re: Bf-109 Update and Texure Problems
Cool that you solved it. And yes, the Emil is fantastic. Even if the plane does not have all those modern "bump maps" or "specular maps" it is a top notch model with fantastic "old school" texture work. And there are tons of repaints as you have already mentioned! * .....

Re: Bf-109 Update and Texure Problems
Hello, If you get that message when selecting the FSX file try going up a level as you may be going too far into the folder structure. Also if it cannot find FSX it could be a corrupt registry entry, did you recently reinstall FSX? Thanks, Lewis Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Hey Lewis............

Bf-109 Update and Texure Problems
Dear Professionals, I know that this has been covered in here before but for the life of me I can't seem to find it again. I purchased the Bf-109 back in March and the installs went fine. Must have because I flew it after the installs and all looked good and was good to go. I had to attempt a re-ins...

Re: A2A P-47D/M/N "Bubble Top"
You'll need a copy of FS2004 to install the Thunderbolt pack into first. I don't think there is any other way to install those planes to FSX except copy/paste from FS2004. Hi RR, The A2A model is a D-20 RA, 22-RE and 23-RA. I've been through these forums quite a lot over the last few years and don'...

Re: Screenshots (high resolution, unedited)
Thanks for the links, RadarRyder... and apologies for sloppy searching on my part. I ran a Google search but didn't search the libraries, and should have. I'll check out all of these. My added complication is that I'm running the Uhu mainly in P3D 2.1, so I'll have to see which of these are workabl...
