Re: It's time to say goodbye..
P3d v4 is my last flight sim - having gone through FSX, P3D v2, 3 and 4 I'm just going to leave it there. The B-17 is a big favourite, also the P-47 (anything with round engines) and it pained me that they remain FSX only even though some have managed to make them work in P3D without the full accusi...

Re: Because its 2019 and all that... I learnt stellar naviga
Thanks Peter, I'm gradually working my way through this latest marathon! I had a look at the bubble sextant tutorial a while back, one of those things I intended to revisit but never got the time to dedicate to it. I'll have another go. Yes you're right about the nav station, perhaps something for A...

Re: The secret airplane in development
The secret plane in development is quickly becoming secret "planes" in development. My last trip across the US opened more doors for A2A and things are really ramping up. In the meantime, the Bonanza is still getting great attention from our beta team. They are holding our feet to the fir...

Re: New Installers on Other Stores
Hi Caleb, resellers can be tricky. Sometimes they disappear overnight, sometimes they stop selling a product due a falling out of one kind or another with a software creator. I have grown wary of using most of them, although the likes of Just Flight and Aerosoft (who are also developers in their own...

Re: New Installers on Other Stores
I wonder if some sort of paid migration for A2A products bought from resellers might be worth considering, perhaps $5 per item, something like that. Proof of payment, serial no.s etc would of course be needed first. Regards, Mark

Re: A2A Development Update 4/8/18
Quite a long time ago, can't remember much about it, I read that it helps to fly the V35 with feet on the pedals all the time, just the gentle pressure of your soles reducing the yawing motion. There is so much 'perceived wisdom' about this aircraft in particular that it will be fascinating to try i...

Re: A2A Development Update 4/8/18
Almost like some sort of yaw damper mod, but I'm guessing.

Re: A2A Development Update 4/8/18
Now, I do appreciate the advantages of the modern glass cockpit, but those acres of beige metal would be hugely improved with a few nice 3D steam gauges!

Re: A2A Development Update 4/8/18
Thanks Scott, now that's one for my hangar! It works but I never did get around to installing Carenado's Bonnie in v4, won't have to now
I'm glad that you've picked something that will need careful handling, as with the T6 you cannot take liberties with this one

Re: A2A Development Update Dec 2017
Sat here as I write, the centre of the grip on my Warthog is level with the tops of my legs so it's perfect. It means that I can rest my right wrist on my right leg and have fingertip control to a minute degree and there is just enough resistance left in the motion with a 10cm extension. Any less an...

Re: A2A Development Update Dec 2017
Hi Erik & Esa, yes Saha's extensions are worth it, they do ease that heavy centre detent but don't remove it entirely. I have the 10cm version and have my stick sat on top of a very heavy small table, the top is the same size as the stick's base and is only 28cm tall so sat right in front of my ...

Re: A2A Development Update Dec 2017
Well if it must be a GA single (I'd rather have something with one or more radials, a jet or a turboprop), then a glass cockpit with a fully functional G1000 might tempt me. Either that or head in the opposite direction and give us a Super Cub, or a Carbon Cub. Or a Yak-52. Or a, oh...no wonder I've...

Bonjour! Quel programme utilisez vous pour les trains? Mike Hi Mike! I play mostly CSX heavy hauler... took a while to get used to it but I enjoy it now... I used to be a big Trainz fan until TANE(a new era)... which is now overloaded with DLC ($$$$) just like train simulator franchise... All right...

Re: A2A Development Update Dec 2017
Some aircraft just look right with tip tanks and two twins come to mind; the Fouga Magister and Douglas A-26K COIN. I could go on, and I think we all probably will for some time....
