"Blaze of Noon" Mustang
The civilian Mustang Manual says: "Mantz had the Mustang's wings modified so that each wing was, in essence, a giant fuel tank, called a "wet wing"". Does anyone know how much fuel this wet wing could contain ? was the fuselage tank still available. How much fuel in total ? Would...

Re: Another dumb question re ADF in the Civvie Mustang
Yes there is a possibility to see the direction of the NDB/ADF on the HSI: juste below the HDG button, there is a kind of lever. If you clic on it, you can change the selection from VOR to ADF. There is a flag that shows what is selected. On the HSI the VOR or NDB direction is shown the same way: a ...

Re: Civilian Mustang with empty tanks continue flying !
After installing the core update 1.5.2 the problem is corrected and the fuel pressure drops when any one tank is empty and the engine stops after about 10 seconds. Same for military and civilian version.
Thanks for the advice.

Civilian Mustang with empty tanks continue flying !
I have been testing the civilian version of the P-51D: a wonderful machine ! BUT if the tanks are empty, the engine does not stop ! as it does with the military version. This is true for all three tanks. Very nice for long distance flight but not very realistic !
A real BUG. please fix it.

Re: A2A P51-D repaint swiss airforce
You can find a very accurate repaint of the Swiss Air Force P-51D at http://www.design4fs.ch . There is also a civilian livery but is the same as the military. The repaint is conform to the last P-51D that is presented in the military museum at Dübendrof AFB.
