Hello Shipdriver!
I really enjoy your phantastic videos, not only for their visual quality, but also for your profound explanations of scenery and settings! Is the visual quality really better in P3D?
Thanks for posting,

S-TEC Autopilot Manual items not modelled in A2A Cherokee

So let's have a new thread! Sorry to mix things up. I was looking deep into the autopilot manual and it is astonishing, how much is realised in the A2A autopilot. However, some small things I could not find: 1. In Power-Up Test is written "ALT lamp estinguishes after 10 seconds, ... " This...

Thanks, Fritz

Re: Landing seems to be more difficult in V2.0

Now I found a way to land without bumping and jumping on the runway. I use a Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback 2, which is in a very good state. In V1.6 I had switched the fsx.cfg to "stick_sensitivity_mode=0 to have a linear control with the joystick and in FSX had all axes adjusted to maxim...

Re: Landing seems to be more difficult in V2.0

In V2.0 I am coming down very very slow (near to stall) and the plane is bumping several times before it stays on the runway. I have changed wind to zero and blue sky to avoid any influence from this side. I have no idea why this happens now.

Re: Landing seems to be more difficult in V2.0

I have a very low airspeed, I think the same as before, but V2.0 floats much more than V1.6. The plane jumps up even with very slow speed compared to the state before.
Is there a recommendation with the elevator slider to land easier?
Thanks again for suggestions, Fritz

Landing seems to be more difficult in V2.0

Getting used to the handling of the C172 in V1.6 now I find it is more difficult to land in V2.0.
Is there anything I should note?
Thanks for any suggestion,
Fritz

Re: Engine not starting

I had the same problem today with starting. Not one solution or recommandation in the manual or in the forum helped.
The only thing which helped was deleting the C172RLOG.dat and then engine starting worked as described with not a single problem.
