Re: MSFS
For an alternative to the default ATC check out Pilot2ATC. It is far more immersive than the standard issue, and you can talk to it rather than pressing keys. Works with Navigraph and although the experts will be able to pick holes in the phraseology it is a damn site better than default. Does it w...

Re: A GA Airfield video series
Nice video, I love flying in and out of Shoreham in the sim.
There's lots of GA airfields to choose from to review etc. So it be great to watch.

Re: A2A Comanche and MS FS 2020
After seeing the rest, I can’t wait to fly the best! Really excited to see what A2A can bring to MSFS in their own unique way. Completely agree, lot's of people moaned about the waiting, but knowing A2A they would never rush in to release 'something' that's just adequate. So going back to your post...

Re: MSFS
Tree is the correct pronunciation of three on ATC in the real world also. Just like five is pronounced fife I believe too. I think MSFS as a sim is a great platform - in combination with some decent add-on aircraft it's superb. I do find the ATC clunky though, but there's alternatives like ICAO and ...

Re: C172 crashes on takeoff
The joys of A2A realism
If the plane is in top condition, then I would suggest checking the airspeed that you are pulling back on. Also mixture and throttle full in on takeoff.

Re: Do you fly with only one hand on the yoke?
Just as an addition to the discussion; Don't get married to the left hand on the yoke/right hand on the throttle(s) thing as that isn't the main point here. Naturally a plane with a stick will normally have the throttle on the left side so you would be flying right hand on the stick/left on the thr...

Re: A2A Comanche and MS FS 2020
The Comanche has always been my all time favourite A2A plane. It's the plane that I did the most hours in and enjoyed the most. Im really looking forward to what A2A bring to the table in MSFS.
The excitement is real I can't wait for when it comes out.

Re: I love this little plane!
I find some of the basic planes really take back to basics of flying and it's fun to do some VFR too following roads and landmarks. The cub is not too fast so gives you time to react.

Gotta say I'm a fan of the fulcrum yoke, perfect for the Comanche. Great video as always bud. Looking forward to flying her soon using the yoke.
