Re: 182 autopilot in NAV flys the plane 180 degrees.

I know for sure that an update to the RXP gauges was needed to enable autopilot tracking in P3Dv5, so it might be worth making absolutely sure that you have the latest version of the RXP GTN installed if the autopilot tracking is not working. RXP update and improve their software frequently, and th...

Re: 182 autopilot in NAV flys the plane 180 degrees.

Hi Nick, and thanks. What's odd is the two "Connect..." which are unticked in your screenshot are ticked in mine. And it's the same in 4.5, all ticked. Yet 4.5 follows A/P perfectly and V5 does not. I made several test flights with all four planes in V5 vs V4.5 and for some reason three out of four ...

Get the latest updates from RXP. I've got everything working in P3D v5 HF2. Also, make sure that the CFI is set to GPS, not VLOC.

Gotta go. I'm flying my Connie from Greenland to Canada. Nav by RXP GTN 650.

Thanks. Yes, updated, and set to GPS..

Re: V5 & Reality GTN 750 problems.

Thanks but does this help with V5 not following autopilot on three of A2A’s planes while the same GTN version works and controls all 4 in 4.5?

it is actually compatible with v5?
Is what compatible? The A2A planes have v5 installers as well as the GTN.

Hi Paul, Have you installed the latest version of the RXP GTN? If so, could you attach a screenshot or two showing how the GTN and cockpit are set up in the situation you describe? Thanks, Nick https://i.imgur.com/h2f3azy.jpg https://i.imgur.com/voxt4jc.jpg https://i.imgur.com/lJV2PYD.jpg

Thanks, Nick Yes, latest version. The Cherokee works fine with the same route. But the Bonanza doesn’t, it behaves the...

182 autopilot in NAV flys the plane 180 degrees.

Hi, second day with the 182 installed in a fresh copy of P3D V5. As I type this I’m making a flight from 11S Seiku to S18. When I use the autopilot it will guide the plane to flow the line in the GTN, and when I have the plane tracking the magenta line perfectly, and yes, I’m in GPS mode, the plane ...

V5 & Reality GTN 750 problems.

Hello, today I installed the 182, Comanche, Cherokee, and Bonanza. I wish the Comanche, 182, and Cherokee had a setting in the Configurator like the Bonanza does where I can select the Reality XP 750. With the 182, Cherokee, and Comanche I select Flight1 750. Then run the sim, V5, the latest version...

Yeah they should work fine I think some people were saying that some paints look bad in v5 but I've not seen that myself.
Thank you for the fast reply.

P3D V5 repaint.

Hi, I am now currently installing the 182, Bonanza, Comanche, and Cherokee into a brand new V5 install. I’m curious if I can use the same liveries I have in 4.5 for V5.

Thanks.

Hi PR,

I recommend you wait until we release proper P3Dv5 installers for these aircraft.

Thanks,
Nick
Thanks Nick, this is me, I really don't feel comfortable messing with xml and all the file stuff that's mentioned here. Any idea when the new installers will be released? Thank you.
