Re: B377 Stratocruiser
It was my first A2A product. I've taken her around the world, navigated by sextant, lost an engine (twice), got sweaty hands manipulating a handful of cooler doors and turbo settings to get the best cooling/drag balance, trying to climb with full tanks out of red hot Abu Dabi.. listened to the best ...

Nerd suggestion.. brakes on/off sign when parked
A nerd suggestion.. when the pilot is not in the plane, it would be quite cool if there would be a brakes on / brakes off sign in the windshield depending on the state of the parking brake.
Would be a cool nerdy detail.

That also happens if you click to put the cap back on before the opening animation stops (so before the cap comes to rest on the wing).

Re: Inspect / overhaul button is a trick !
On reading this I'm reminded of the Aerosoft Katana. Anyone else remember it. A terrific little trainer that had a host of wear, damage and repair features. I was taken by all the 'realism'....Up to a point. The point being that to repair something you had to wait an absolute age! This feature got ...

Re: Feature Idea - Repir Bill
Same for fuel bills. The good old Katana 4X already showed in FSX how cool fueling could be done.

I saw the double click on second walkaround as well. I already thought I had been so stupid to somehow not click properly..

Re: Comanche with turbo engine?
Well, if you only talk on dinosaur engines (which I personally like when I don't have to pay the fuel in the sim), the argument is true. But if you take a proper modern, mogas powered, water cooled design like the Rotax 915IS or 916IS with a TBO of 2000h, or Diesels like the AE330, they are pretty s...

Re: Short field technique
PNG.. most fun with some rugged turboprop.. Kodiak or- better- the PC6. The naturally aspirated pistons are quickly out when high altitude, high temperature and heavy loads meet. Although I flew the A2A 182 as a beaten Bushplane around there. Some trips were quite hair-raising with minimal climb rat...

Re: Hypoxia / Supplemental O2
I was thinking about this too. Is hypoxia simulated? We haven't simulated it for MSFS. But not being a turbocharged airplane it's just not really much of an issue. But we will likely be bringing this in at some point down the road. Scott Please, Scott. I am writting this currently flying the comanc...

Re: Brakes
I could not tow it, chocks out, not tied down, parking brake released. I managed to get it going only while moving the yoke fully right. Got stuck again later during towing.
