Re: Windows Defender Flags Comanche Install files (3/10/2024)
There is at least one other developer getting a false positive from Windows Defender on their installer. Microsoft has been notified and is aware of the issue. Your call..........but excluding the installer folder from Defender in Windows settings is working for others.......including myself. Be aw...

Re: Windows Defender Flags Comanche Install files (3/10/2024)
Hello, The files in the "\LocalState\packages\a2a-aircraft-pa24" directory are ones that are cached by the simulator itself, so if you manually delete all the files in this location (leave behind the "work" folder and its contents or you'll lose the persistent status of your liv...

Windows Defender Flags Comanche Install files (3/10/2024)
Today, the Windows Defender scan flagged (and removed) the following files: D:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-3219624043-1430842829-737542905-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\a2a-aircraft-pa24\m0b39b017649f1dd6_0.dll D:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-3219624043-143084282...

Re: Unable to Update Comanche
Different issue but I am also unable to update my Comanche. It tells me 1.4 is available but when I run the updater it just times out. Any suggestions? The account running the update unfortunately requires admin priviledges. You cannot run it as admin, unless you play MSFS with said admin account, ...

Sim Rate
Does Accusim support changing the sim rate?
I know I can do it in MSFS and things go faster, but does Accusim process the systems etc. according to the changed sim rate?

Re: Question on superchargers in the Spitfire - SOLVED
Hi Darryl I marked my topic as "solved" as I realized that I far underestimated the altitude required for the Spit II to make MAP drop by reducing RPM. When I repeated it higher up, it became evident that things are as they must be with the Spit and that I made an error in my initial testi...

Question on superchargers in the Spitfire - SOLVED
EDIT: I saw my mistake... I was at way too low altitude for the RPM make an effect. But at altitude, Accusim reproduces everything perfectly. Sorry for the confusion. Can't wait having these birds in MSFS! We need this kind of quality over there. Sorry for the confusion. Hi guys, I have a question ...

Re: Sim Rate and Accusim
Thank you for answering, Scott! Much appreciated. Either way, I really looking forward to you Accusim fleet on MSFS. For me that was what made FSX a viable proposition again back then, and I am convinced that the current version will make an equal leap forward with your tech.

Sim Rate and Accusim
Will Accusim in the future at least try to synch itself to the sim rate? I like to do longer flights, but crossing large bodies of waters can be a bit borderline, unless you can speed up. I am aware the especially when pushing it, it will be difficult to have the sim produce accurate results. If the...

Re: is it realy worth buying it?
Just picked up the Connie... It is native for P3D!!! Still picked both licenses, best for everyone involved. Just to be safe. ;) Wow.. that's all I can say. So far, no aircraft was as much fun for long hauls as the COTS 377. But now... wow, it is... just beautiful!!! Sounds, visuals, details... What...

Re: Checking - there will be a COTS/B377 Update?
We're thinking of building a P3D version of the 377, yes, but just not sure how to make that happen atm. Scott. I'd buy that the day you ship that ship... :) After all iterations of MS Flight Simulator from the first verison on to FSX, fun eventually faded a lot. Most was added eye candy, but beyon...

Re: New Captain of the Ship Aircraft - Connie L049
I hope this will lead to native P3D versions of the B-377! Besides the stellar product quality, the B377 is still one of the most fun planes ever made for a sim! And can't wait for the Connie!

I hope you the team A2A consider to make the Boeing 377 with COTS compatible with Prepar3d 2.5 I really miss this bird most of all the aircraft that I have. What a fun a had in my FSX time, but it is time to move on to a more modern new platform.. Greetings, Selcuk. Well, you can use it in P3D if yo...
