I assumed that the email address had been the same, but I went back into my saved receipts and did, indeed, find a different email address.

I love the soft clouds as well. If you also own REX4 (Texture Direct), they have just posted an update to REX4 that integrates the soft cloud textures into REX4. There is no additional cost if you have already purchased Soft Clouds. I just installed the update and it worked just fine.

Lewis, I updated my graphics adapter with the latest optional update listed in Window's Update. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. In full-screen mode I still get the psychedelic colors and flashing of the entire scene. In windows mode, only the green message bar that says "Towing"...
