Re: Lights for FSX PMDG 737-800NGX
Dear friends ... I searched around the forum but did not find the configs for the PMDG 737-800NGX. Somebody help me here? Thank you! PMDG has added very impressive and realistic own lights to their NGX . By using Shockwave lights you would get unwanted effects, e.g. they are not following the movem...

Re: Again PMDG 747 (FSX and FS9) - TAXI LIGHTS PROBLEM
Also having an issue with the taxi gear light not going away after wheels up, except it's on the Level D 767. Plus my wing landing lights blink after wheels up. Seems to be no fix. Hmm, did you install both gauges in your panel.cfg? It should contain e.g. both lines in your [VCockpit01] section (di...

Re: PMDG MD-11 / CS 757 position and strobe lights
Hi everybody. I own the PMDG MD-11 and CS 757 models for FSX. <snip> In the effect folder of FSX there are actually specialized PMDG effects for the navred, navgre, navwhi and the beacon. I copied them to a save place, made of copy of the corresponding shockwave effect and renamed it to the origina...

Runway turnoff lights
Hi all,
Does anybody know a trick how runway turn-off lights can be addressed? Normally the beam is directed not only a bit downwards (which can be done, I think) but as well sidewards (the angle might be something about 45 Deg). I believe that would be quite cool.
Regards,
Axel

Re: Shockwave Lights with drop-down landing lights
Hi all, I'm fairly new to the Shockwave Lights and even newer to this forum - my first post. Seemed the logical place for my first question! Apologies if this has benn covered before, but is it possible to add Shockwave landing lights to aircraft that have drop down landing lights, such as Aeroplan...

Re: Shockwave Light Install
Larry, Interesting question as Shockwave Lights Megapack have been a Xmas gift - downloaded and installed a month ago. You might agree when you would not expect to need an update being much older, right?. I just followed your link and will check it during the weekend (it's quite late here now). Howe...

Re: Shockwave Light Install
Larry, Nice description. However, I do not understand how the sim can react on a gauge that does not exist. If fact, it doesn't for me. After starting to look into it you will find in the shockwave.cab just three gauges that can be addressed in the panel.cfg: * SW Lights.xml * SW Lights_foldwing.xml...

Re: lights stay on retracting gear on feelthere ERJ 145XR
Hello, I did a search on my issue and found this thread, but it seems to stop unresolved. I have the same issue on the feelthere ERJ v2 145XR. Both the nose landing and taxi light stay on when the gear is raised, Here are my cfg files: aircraft: [LIGHTS] //Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4...

Re: MyTraffic 2010
Hi Has anyone worked out how to change the lights for the AI aircraft in MyTraffic 2010 (FS2004 version)? None of the aircraft cfg files have any [lights] section, hence I am at a total loss as to what I should do! ! Rich, Without doing any harm to the planes you could add anything being allowed in...

Again PMDG 747 (FSX and FS9) - TAXI LIGHTS PROBLEM
Think I need some help even if I don't have the impression that there is a known solution. 3D LIGHTS REDUX are working well in most cases including payware planes in both sims. However, I didn't crack one problem for a few planes: How can I deal with the taxi lights when having retractable gears????...
