We are using regular mics not enabled by aircraft radio. (Haven't installed teamspeak)

You can make Heidi much lighter! I think the lightest is 100 LBS

If you are taking off with two heavy people ( say 200lb+) You might not want to take off with full fuel.

My guess is that there is something wrong with the airplane not the lights, but i dont understand why the default and runway are glitching up. It might be because you dont have a good enough video card.

Im interested in this flight. I love the B-17 but if it is alright i would like to be an escort as soon as my P-51 order comes in. One problem though, this flight is 1:00 in the morning for me so I may not be able to make it. Perhaps you could host one later in the day, or on another day(Preferable)...
