Re: J-3 Cub Install Issue Prepar3d v4
Hi Lewis, This could be the case indeed. I haven't updated the P3D platform in quite some time. How can I tell which subversion I'm running? The latest installer I have downloaded for LM is 4.5.11.29713 I will download the latest installer via the LM website and let you know how it goes. Cheers, Colin

Re: J-3 Cub Install Issue Prepar3d v4
Hello,
I too am having the same issue as mentioned above. P3Dv4.5, running activesky and various Orbix scenery add-ons.
All other A/C are not affected. I do not have the A2A C172 installed so cannot comment if that A/C would work on my system.
Cheers,

Re: GTN 750/650
Hi Zentiger, Hopefully I can help out on this one. What I've found that works to integrate a third party GPS unit, A2A has made it quite simple. All you need to do is open the aircraft configurator under the start menu (Windows). Simply select which version you are using (Flight1 / RealityXP) and yo...

Hi Marius,Flieger-Marius wrote:Working on C-FGAT (light registration font version)
Question to the canadians at that point: Do your planes require underwing registrations?
Some aircraft have underwing registrations, some don't. So I would have to surmise that they are not required; a preference perhaps?
Cheers

Re: The not so official repaint request thread
I'm hoping someone might be able to do some Canadian paints. In particular, I was hoping for C-FGAT, registered to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ont. Sorry, I can't get the links to the photos to work, but there's a large number of photos of the plane if you search on line. Tha...

Re: No Volumetric Lighting
Hi Cubby,
I had a forum member point me in the right direction in this matter also; I was having the same issue.
Please have a look at all your breakers and ensure that none of them are 'popped'. If I'm not mistaken it was the 'starter' breaker?!? (don't quote me)
Cheers,
Colin

Re: Exterior lighting
Hi there, thanks for replying,
I can't see neither the volumetric lighting effects nor the dynamic lighting. All the settings appear to be as shown.
I've used FSX for many years, only recently have I switched over to P3D, so please forgive my ignorance.
Regards,
Colin

Exterior lighting
Is anyone else having any trouble with exterior lighting? I can't get any exterior lights to illuminate with this AC.(beacon, land, taxi, strobe, nav) This seems to be an isolated issue as all other A2A birds installed work perfectly. Also this seems to be an external lighting issue only as the inte...

Re: Having a few issues with the Bonanza
Hi Nick,
Did a un/re install and it seems to have solved the issue!
Thanks for the quick response, great troubleshooting; and congratulations on yet another amazing aircraft. I can see a lot of hours being put on this one.
Can't wait to see what's next!
Cheers,
Colin

Re: Having a few issues with the Bonanza
Hi Nick, Thanks for the quick response. I've tried loading the AC from both the home screen as well as with the 'select vehicle' option from the drop down once the sim is running. As with the AC moving around it's almost as if it's being towed, as I stated I can apply the brakes when it is moving an...

Having a few issues with the Bonanza
Hi there, Having a few issues initially with this much anticipated aircraft. First the fuel pump and wing flaps do not operate; also, the aircraft gets blown around seemingly with the wind and the toe brakes seem to have no effect. (only the parking brake will hold it) I can repair the engine issues...

Re: Taxi RPM increase
Hi there,
This happens to me as well. One thing I thought it might be is the FE trying to sync/match the RPM's of all 4 engines. It seems to follow your throttle positions up and down, albeit very slowly.
Just my thoughts.
Has anyone tried to taxi with the FE off?

Screen blank when loading L049 after update 03/15/2017
Hello there, I've got a bit of a dilemma when I go to load the 'Connie' after I've installed the update. All I get when I select the aircraft is a black screen. I can see the mouse cursor on the screen and I can move it around but I have no sound and any key command I issue (CNTRL+C, ESC....) doesn'...
