Re: B-377 for P3D update?
Everytime a question like this gets asked the response is there is so much else to get done first.
However recently with the demise of the aerostar there was a post talking about diverting efforts.
So here's hoping it is finally for the B377 to get it's time on the workbench.

Us OZx guys usually fly 0930Z which is in the late afternoon/evening for us.
I havent done any flying over the last few weeks as I am currently in my annual American Truck Sim refresher.

Thank you for joining the ranks of those who find fascination in operating these wonderful old planes.
Fortunately for you there is already a Connie vs Stratocruiser thread discussing exactly your question.

Hey Ratty, I can't fly with you guys due to timezones, but here is a link to a paint Bladrunner did for me. It is a paint from Wing Commander Brian Eaton, RAAF 3 Squadron, who went on to become Australian Vice Air Marshall. He flew the desert in 1943 and Malta, then up to Italy. He was shot down 3 t...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing
Just bite the bullet and upgrade to a new PC-12 NGX. That should manage to carry your gear adequately.

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing
Absolutely. So looking forward to the virtual aerostar. I did a quick search online for a Queenair 65 Excalibur and found this. Unfortunately it's off the market. Sweet looking plane this one, and the sound is just awesome. The Excalibur has the 400 hp 720's just like the Commanche 400. Would this b...

Scott, sad to hear about the end of the A2A journey with the Aerostar. The videos you posted earlier really reflected your passion for this plane.

Re: Back in the (strat) saddle
Good stuff Scott. Save the hotrod approaches until next week. :D Stick to something like an ILS approach with a 10nm final from 3000 ft AGL. This will help get configuration, speed and power sorted well before touchdown. Nothing wrong with a front wheel landing in the Strat. Think of it as feeler ty...

The B-17 is version 1 of accusim so keep that in mind when you read about accusim capabilities.
