Re: IMPORTANT: FSX Users - Check your controller sensitiviti
All my null zones are on FULL LEFT, min. If you then find you need a null zone for a controller, slowly dial it in until it's just right for you. Scott. Recently I was pulling my hair out trying to get my throttle quadrants calibrated to no avail. Then I had an old mental note creep into my brain a...

Re: My repainting tutorial is up and running.
TB2, thank you for your input! That's exactly the feedback I like. I should get it set up properly for smart phones and iPads. I'm one of those rare people who don't have a smart phone. I am an amateur HTML writer - (just good enough to be dangerous), so your input is very helpful. You said, "Y...

Re: What software are you using to repaint our aircraft?
Paintshop Pro 8 is my preferred software, but it has RAM limitations. PSP14 is used for larger files. The difference for me is that PSP8 is user-friendly over any other software I have used including Photoshop.

Re: My new Corsair repaints
Thank you, everyone. I'm going to disappear for a bit over the Holidays, and I have a lot going on right now. I'm a bit burned out on the Corsair, so I think I'll focus on my repainter's page on my website next.

Re: My new Corsair repaints
Hey I just uploaded 4 Corsair repaints and an update to my white cockpit textures - it actually looks white now. The Royal Navy paint comes with two options for wing insignia since they were changing all the time. Enjoy, and have a safe and happy Holidays everyone! http://i1014.photobucket.com/album...

Re: Corsair fuel specifications
Yes, that's the type of thing I'm looking for. Nothing better than factory info. I have one Corsair flight manual but not the ones on that link you posted. Getting this info like pulling teeth lol.
Thanks DVM ^5

Here's a bit of input to A2A about favorite warbirds from a source outside of A2A.

Corsair fuel specifications
Hello everyone, I could use your help in finding out the correct fuel capacity specs for different models of Corsairs. I started researching these specifications and quickly found that this data is very hard to come by from any qualified source of information. Online information, as expected, is tot...

Re: Update B17 cockpit?
Like braindart said, a simple solution is for A2A to come out with a modernized version that stays true to the original. Provide both versions. They did this with the P-51, but they wouldn't even have to go that far. The Mustang was recreated as a Civvy with the external model being edited. That wou...

Re: Repaint request
Thanks for the heads-up on HMS Victorious. I should get into some carrier landings. Yes, the research is half the fun of this hobby. I have learned so much. I feel I have an obligation to get things right when I do repaints. It's not something to take lightly. Any mistake can be an insult to those w...

Re: My new Corsair repaints
Thank you Lewis! It was an interesting repaint indeed. I certainly used a lot of blurring tools on this one and manual painting. So few photos of the original to go by. I hope I did it justice. Next upload will be a pack of 3.
