Re: Nav/Inst Lights cannot be brightened or dimmed
Hey Scott, Thanks for the reply. Shortly after I posted I found the issue. I had Nav lights assigned to an on/off toggle switch on my HOTAS throttle. As long as the Nav lights were switched to the "on" position, the dimming feature would not work. With the switch toggled to the "off&q...

Nav/Inst Lights cannot be brightened or dimmed
Neither the knob on the panel nor the slider in the tablet will brighten or dim the Nav or instrument lights. Using either results in it returning to original position immediately if it moves at all.

Re: Don't even know where to post this...
The only other thing I can suggest is to try the "SP1" installer (it's safe, multiple SimConnect versions can coexist on the same machine), but that's a long shot... It's a weird issue as all the symptoms are very typical of missing/broken SimConnect... I posted most of this earlier, but ...

Thanks Tym... Unfortunately this did not help. :/TymK wrote: ↑20 Jun 2019, 09:23 There's a downloadable archive available here: http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=simconnect
It contains three versions, try the one in the "XPACK" subdirectory.

Re: Don't even know where to post this...
Hello Tom, it sounds like you have a broken simconnect or broken flight saves. Please make sure you're using a default aircraft for your default flight and that you are not re-loading the same saved flight over and over as this will eventually corrupt and so the flight will not fully load up correc...

Re: Don't even know where to post this...
Hi Tom, This looks like a Simconnect issue. Which simulator are you using? The new A2A installers for P3Dv4 check if the correct version is installed, but if you are using FSX or pre-v4 P3D, go to "[sim root directory]\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib\" and run "SimConnect.m...

Prop doesn't turn, control surfaces, etc... a few switches, Attitude indicator, altimeter, and DG worked, but literal...

Check your circuit breakers for the INOP gauges.[/quote]
I thought I did, but I’ll try again. None of them were popped.

Re: 172 Trainer - aircraft Configurator missing?
Download and apply the updates. http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=107&t=57819 Thanks! that helped with the Aircraft configurator, and also seems to have helped an issue I did not mention, that my Autopilot would not track my GPS. It would track something, as it would change course...
