Re: RNAV(GPS) Approach

On the HSI you will get glideslope information for some GPS approaches, but that depends on the GPS, not the aircraft. The autopilot does not follow glideslope at all, only the localizer. Whether it's ILS or GPS driven, does not matter. I tried today GPS LPV approach but got no vertical guidance on...

Will the changes to be made also affect Neofly and Pilot's Life Chapter 2?

Re: MSFS2020 Flight Aerodynamics [Video]

They move into the right direction for sure. But as long as they don't stop to play around with more and more settings for the input axes instead of correct airfoil and control surface calculation there will always remain big issues with aircraft handling. The sim requires a correct simulation of t...

Re: Aerostar for Christmas?

Sorry, but you haven't convinced me. I have been downloading some scenery for this sim and I agree that there's some great scenery out there, but I maintain my stance on it's lack of stability. I was thinking of buying it for Christmas, but presently I'll wait a little longer until my birthday in M...

Re: Aerostar for Christmas?

As for FS20, I think there's a 50/50 chance it could become the next Microsoft Flight. I guess we'll see. I sincerely hope you're wrong there. I'd really like to buy it, as I want to see this hobby move away from FSX and FSX legacy sims. It looks amazing, and I've spent a few bucks uprating this PC...

Re: Aerostar for Christmas?

As for FS20, I think there's a 50/50 chance it could become the next Microsoft Flight. I guess we'll see. MSFS is in its infancy but it rather making gradual progress. Even though this progress is slower than most people would expect, but it goes forward steadily. I can wait for SDK to mature and A...

Re: F-35 'hosed' by F-16 in mock dogfight

LOL there are always different views https://www.f35.com/news/detail/joint-program-office-response-to-war-is-boring-blog The media report on the F-35 and F-16 flight does not tell the entire story. The F-35 involved was AF-2, which is an F-35 designed for flight sciences testing, or flying qualities...
