Re: Navaid Sound Problems
Thanks folks. Hi Nick, i checked back on the old clip shown by Frank, and the ident volume of mine sounded quite like yours, which i think is rather soft. I did everything needed on the panel, volume knob pulled out, all knobs turned to max, but still soft. As for the possible capturing of some stra...

Navaid Sound Problems
I noticed the Navaid ID morse code sound volume seems very soft, could hardly hear even with volume turned up. Worse, when all onboard Nav1 and 2 switches were turned off, the morse code sound still comes through very softly in the background, when there should be none. This came from the Nav-2 acti...

Turn Coordinator
I remember bringing this up before years ago in the FSX / P3D Comanche but cannot remember what was the answer — When turning, the ball seems rather well behaved and thus the pedals hardly seems to be needed to keep ball centred. Is it that really stable in the real Comanche?

Re: Prefer the old Comanche to the new (Landing-Wise)
Okay so i have re-tuned my hotas reactivity to 100% and it feels better now. Maybe A2A could have indicated in manual advice on the recommended settings for all sensitivities? I also set X and Y sensitivities to both -20% and it seems to give good controls. As for power management, whereas in P3D po...

Prefer the old Comanche to the new (Landing-Wise)
Have owned many A2A modules since FSX, and I have fond memories of the old P3D Comanche, which flares and lands very awesomely, every time consistently. But the new MSFS Comanche, while quite a masterpiece, just doesn't feel like it handles landing right. I refer to the flaring to touchdown part. In...

HOTAS Flap Switch Waaaay Sensitive
Whenever I deploy my Warthog HOTAS Flap switch one notch (down then quick back to middle position), the Comanche's flaps would show a full deployment to 3rd flaps setting, and a single retraction of the switch would retract them fully. Hope someone could advise what could be wrong, and how to set th...

Re: Side-Slip Ability?
Thanks for sharing folks, particularly the video demo. Looks like need to step on the pedals to the extreme for a good drop. Will try that next time.

Re: Side-Slip Ability?
The last time I did that the VSI needle didn’t seem to drop further by any noticeable amount. Will try that out again.

Side-Slip Ability?
Tried side-slipping to do quick descent, but the VSI didn’t seem to budge much. Is side-slipping possible or modelled?
I did that in the Wilga and Ran S6S and they did just fine dropping like a rock.

Re: No Tablet View Outside
Thanks Nick. I was hoping to be able to load / unload people and watch from outside, like I was able to do in older versions.

Re: Landing Flare Issue
The demo clip by Scott shows up okay with no pitching up of nose. So was the clip of his real Comanche. Can A2A help to verify and comment on this one? Especially when compared to the P3D one, and the real one, that land superbly?
