Re: Paint Request Spitfire EP122
Thanks all - I followed ggi's suggestion and downloaded 7zip.
Bladerunner - this is a beautiful repaint thanks for doing it!
I just flew it from Prestwick to Cumbernauld then onto Perth in Scotland with real time weather - a real beauty!

Re: Flaps : intermediate positions
Interesting the C150 came up, as I have just been given access to a C150 to fly recently here in sunny Scotland. The flap system is indeed as mentioned earlier in this thread, and is quite different from the gate system on most other Cessna types 152 172 etc. Provided I have someone in the right sea...

Re: Raising flaps upon touchdown...
Interesting topic, and lots of interesting replies. One issue not to my knowledge mentioned, is the issue of possible confusion between flaps and gear handles? I am a 'weekend warrior' in Scotland, and have only ever flown fixed gear aircraft, however at least a couple of instructors have told me to...

Re: Avro Vulcan XH558 lands for the last time
I would also like to echo the sadness felt at the Vulcan's last flight. I have been lucky enough also to see her for real overflying the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune in Scotland at their airshow two years ago. My only regret was that participating aircraft don't take off or land there d...

Congratulations! It's an amazing feeling!!
I have been a PPL for a bit over four years now - but still 'sim' as much as ever! Fly safe and don't lose that big smile!

Re: FSX failures
Thanks for the replies. I had suspected this, and have not tried setting failures on any A2A aircraft I have. It might be nice for a future update to include this, as I find it an excellent tool for practising emergency procedures in the sim, particularly when you don't know exactly when it will hap...

FSX failures

I have the following A2A products: Cub,C172,C182,Piper Cherokee,Spitfire,P47,P51,B17 (all with accu-sim) - oh...

C 172 repaint requests
Hi all - don't know if anyone can help, but I am totally clueless about repainting, and I would love to be able to virtually fly two C 172s which I fly in real life. If I was to post photos of the relevant aircraft on the forum - would anyone be able to do a repaint of them? Please let me know if an...

Great work! - these look positively 'sparkling' compared to the C 172 I fly in real life!
