Re: Aircraft Factory F4U Corsair Released

Ok Lewis & Scott, In spite of my new found love for all things "AccuSim" I am going to go ahead and support your efforts by purchasing the F4U. For a company that actually cares what their customers think, I can find no better way to show my continued support than to buy your products,...

Re: Aircraft Factory F4U Corsair Released

Yes. I think it is a Catch 22 for the A2A folks. I know we all very much appreciate that they need to "pay the bills" and that offerings such as the F4U help do that, but they have really "set the bar" with their AccuSim releases and it is against that fidelity and accuracy which...

Re: Aircraft Factory F4U Corsair Released

Must agree with flyboy. The F4u is one of my all time favorite aircraft but "once they have seen Paree, how are you going to keep them down on the farm?" Having flown the "Jug" with AccuSim, most all other aircraft without that degree of complexity and detail seem somehow "a...

Re: Cecil Field Airshow 09 Photos

Thanks for the pics. The last time I saw NAS Cecil Field was in October 1962. I was attached to VMA-121, a Marine A-4 squadron set up to wreak havoc on Fidel. Am always astonished when I think just how fast the time has flown by. As I recall, Florida is the flatest place I have ever seen and it rain...

Re: A2A Simulations Update 22/03/09

Was hoping an F4U might be in the works, but in all honesty if it does not get the AccuSim treatment I would have to pass. Once you experience AccuSim, practically everything else seems to take on an "arcadish" tinge. But I will simply bide my time and see what magic the A2A folks have in ...

Re: CTD fix for Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium and Audigy users

Purchased P-47 w/accusim. Installed, went into FSX to fly this wonder of wonders, and at the select a/c screen got the BSOD. Tried the P-40 and WOP P-51 just to make sure my FSX wasn't porked. They were fine, but the P-47 would crash to the BSOD at each attempt to load it. Came to the forum looking ...

Re: AccuSim for this bird?

Just watched that trailer in High Definition. Wow! At age 66 I am not easily impressed with much anymore. That P-47 that you are putting together impresses me.

Lewis,
I thought that might be the case. No problem as I said. It is a great plane you folks have provided and I look forward to any "fixes" that might be doable.

P-51 pit anomolies.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d42/Chief1942/P-51Dashanomolies.jpg Have the standalone P-51 and have noticed the terrain below bleeding through those areas circled in red in the attached jpeg. Is this something that I can fix within the texture folder or is it tied to FSX and not able to be elim...
