Re: Track IR 4 not working in BOB2 under Win7 64
Did you turn TrackIR on in the Options->Adv->Game , and then check trackIR box? You must do this first before the thrackIR software is turned on. I run Windows 7 64 and trackir works great for me. Did you do Note 6 in the Release? Note6: Windows Vista and Window 7 users. All Vista and Windows 7 use...

Track IR 4 not working in BOB2 under Win7 64
Hey guys, I just upgraded my rig to a highly overclocked i930 with a GTX480 video card and am dying to get back into the game. I'm not getting any TIR support when running the game now. Previously, under XP it worked great and the game came with my TIR 4 pro with track clip. Now, tracking works in t...

Re: HOTAS users, a question on your setup.
Thanks for the replies. I think I'm gonna make a crude stand out of some wood I have laying around. I'll then construct some sort of anchor.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Re: Question on joystick sensitivity
My mistake, it was 300MPH not 400MPH. 400 takes FOREVER to make a roll.
I also adjusted the aileron and elevator settings to no deadzone, no filtering and all levels of saturation. No change, so I'm assuming it's part of the spitfire flight model.

Question on joystick sensitivity
Hey all, I was feeling a bit sluggish in the air and I want to ensure my sensitivity is set correctly. I ran a quick test in the air and would like to compare it to others. I did the "Landing" scenario and started at 10,000 feet. Level flight (more or less) at about 400mph. I did an ailero...

HOTAS users, a question on your setup.
Hey all. I've been away from playing for far too long and just started getting back into it. One of the issues I've always had with my HOTAS setup (Thrustmaster Cougar upgraded with NXT innards) is where to put the devices and how to anchor them. The cougar is a pretty beefy setup and thankfully wit...

Vsync and LCDs
Question for you all. I'm forcing VSync on my 8800GTX to remedy the tearing I'm getting with my TIR and it's working great. The only thing I don't like is being limited to 60fps because that is what my refresh rate is defaulting to for my LCD. Can I just change this to a higher setting? Is there som...

Great info, thanks! I'm trying to write a script that will monitor sound files and let me know when one is in use. I got the script working outside of the game, by testing it with mediaplayer, but in game I'm getting different results. The sounds are playing but my script isn't seeing the file as &q...

Can any of the developers here answer a question?
I'm wondering if the wav files in SamplesHI are accessed directly to generate in game sounds. Does anyone know how the sounds are called?
