That would be a No NO from me. There is no relevance between flight simulation and politics.
If you want to talk politics go to one, (or more) of the millions of news and political forums.
Keep this a political "free zone".

Re: Would anyone want this?
Platinum Virtual Airways covers pretty much all that you mentioned in your OP. To be successful you need to allow for freedom of choice. People in VA's get bored quickly. With Platinum, you can fly scheduled, Military or GA, keeping the PIREPS simple. They have many downloads in Platinum livery, or ...

Re: Flying from point "A" to point "B": questions
I take a two pronged approach. With GA, I tend to fly a maximum of around two hours, each flight starting where I overnighted the flight before. I do change my A2A planes every few flights to jeep them all active. Most flights are in Australia due to the amount of addon scenery and airports. I do sp...

I have a room that my better half calls my "cockpit", but I think she'd draw the line at that fan, but Wow! Noice.

40th Anniversary of Cyclone Tracy
This month marks the 40th anniversary of the destruction of Darwin by Cyclone Tracy. I was a young sailor serving in the RAN at HMAS Coonawarra, in Darwin at the time. The memories live on. I have just come across a fantastic web site that chronicals the airlift of survivors from Darwin in incredibl...

Re: Best GA Flight Planner?
I've used Plan-G for years and it is excellent. I have also just come across FSTramp. It displays so much detail on screen that I end up looking more at the map than I do the instruments........! Free for first 20 flights, then you have to pay if you wish to continue using the program. It was an eas...

Re: A2A Simulations - Oshkosh 2014
For an old schooler who does not Facebook, Twitter or anything else thats "instant", and is way downunder in Australia, this thread is invaluable. I know how busy you must be Lewis, not enough hours in the day. I just want to say a very sincere Thank You, for making the time and effort ava...

Re: And the winner of the Microsoft license is...
From reading on various sites, I gather that DTG have purchased the rights to develop the MS Flight engine, and, separately, distribute FSX on steam. Developing MS Flight fits into DTG's mould, i.e. marketing simulator type GAMES. I doubt they will do anything to FSX apart from distributing through ...

Re: A question about FSX ATC
Not sure if my memory serves me correctly, or even if this is relevant to the OP, but I believe the choice of runways available to FSX is a function of the .bgl file for the individual airport. I mention this because I have downloaded airports that give you the option of having cross-wind runways ac...

Re: AFK caused pause on short final
Check your drop down windows, shift + 3, 4 etc. One of these has a 'pause on......' function. Yours is obviously set up for an automatic Pause on one of the options.
