Bad Pilot or Unlucky- Rudder Linkage
Is there any particular kind of flying or action that would lead to the rudder linkage breaking multiple times? For some reason it keeps going on my airframe (10.6 hrs now). It seems weird that this part would randomly fail twice in a row.

Re: A2A store load very high
Been a customer since my parents got me some Shockwave fighters pack for FS2004 for my birthday or Christmas one year so long ago. I can't really describe how happy it makes me to see you guys in MSFS and have the Comanche making my subwoofer purr. Congrats on the awesome release!

I can't start up the Comanche either. After hitting the start button it says "fuel leak" in the hangar view. Nothing I do after that even gets the prop moving. Hmm...

Definitely the Comanche. It looks like the perfect platform for a plane with so much character. I'm running out of superlatives for how I feel about the new sim and what it's going to do for our hobby.

Interestingly, the highway your airport is on is the same one that KOSH is on... just several hundred miles apart. It'd be a fun VFR flight trying to follow 41 all the way up.

Re: What lightweight laptop or 2-in-1 best for sims?
Honest suggestion? Don't do it. The SP4's thermal profile isn't sufficient for heavy gaming like FSX. (I have tried) You would be much better off building a cheap desktop. If it needs to be "portable" you could make a small micro ATX build. If you absolutely need a laptop, I'd go for one o...

Finally got some time to work on her... If anyone's reading this who knows, can you please point me to the prop spinner? I feel like I should've been able to find it now but... http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd141/whippetstorm/N6360G%20WIP_zpsqo4aaoen.jpg Got a fair bit more to do, but it...

Re: Heidi takes her "Six" out for a spin
I'm still kind of in disbelief that she's being released. I kind of prefer the way A2A handles announcements and updates vs other developers. It is a really nice surprise when the videos hit because you know the release is soon to follow. You feel like you end up "waiting" a lot less.

Re: Best fsx laptop?
It entirely depends on how much you want to spend, how portable you want it to be, and what your expectations are. I ran FSX when it first came out on a rather unique ASUS laptop that utilized a desktop Core 2 Duo processor. Since then I switched to simming on desktops, but just recently I installed...

Re: First impressions
She is quite the plane! With only the pilot loaded it felt like it had a whole lot more than 250 horses after takeoff. Now that I've got her leveled off at 9500' she feels like a big luxury car. I can definitely understand the appeal of owning a real one. She'll keep me occupied until the T-6 comes ...
