Re: Aircraft noses over and crashes after installing repaint

Yes I do have FSUIPC and I had created a profile for the T-6 so I could use my various bits of hardware for the flaps, fuel pump etc using LVARS. So I deleted the profile and created a new one and...no more problems! So thanks very much Nick! I shall bear that in mind in the future if anything simil...

Re: Aircraft noses over and crashes after installing repaint

Hi Nick Thanks for the suggestions. It doesn't so much nose-over, as it would if the brakes were on, but it starts to float up nose-down while I taxy, then crashes into the ground. It does this if I try to fly it from my starting airfield (ORBX EGHA). So I took your advice and tried taking off from ...

Aircraft noses over and crashes after installing repaint

My T-6 was working perfectly in P3D v3.4 and I had run the latest Accusim update. I installed one of the many repaints available and immediately found that my T-6 nosed over with any application of power. I uninstalled the repaint but the problem persisted. I could be missing something very obvious ...

Will the P3D version work in P3D v3.4?

Hi
I would like to get the Connie but I am running P3D version 3.4. I understand the FSX version won't work in P3D and is not supported so will the P3D version work in P3D v3.4?
Thanks

Re: Saitek Panels BAT, GEAR, FLAPS (setup guide)

I'm not having much luck getting my Saitek Switch panel to work with this method unfortunately. I've assigned keyboard shortcuts for Gear Up/Down and Battery On/Off via the Comanche Input Configurator and I have tested them - they do work using the keyboard, but the Saitek panel does not respond to ...

Definitive guide to P-51 Accusim?

Hi I purchased the P-51 Accusim recently and although the manuals have a fair amount of information in them there is obviously a lot to Accusim that is not covered as far as I can see. I have looked on the forums here and I haven't been able to find the answers to some of my questions. e.g. particul...

Discount on Civilian Mustang for WOPII owners?

Hi
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. I have the WWII_FIGHTERS_P51D in FSX. Would I be entitled to a discount if I was to purchase the Civilian P-51?
Many thanks
Dave

Sorry to butt in, but having happily used Active Camera for years and noting that your only problem is excessive virtual 'head movement' in the VC, I would recommend keeping Internal View activated, and in the Active Camera settings menu keep Head Latency checked with a low value of 0.5 or thereabou...

Hi Manta I watched this video a few weeks ago when I purchased the 109 and I have been meaning to say how excellent it is - it must be the best video of its kind - and no music! Are you planning to do another one on another aspect of flying the 109? Such as take-off, landing - that would be fantasti...

I found the same thing with the 109's brakes in FS2004. I just modified the toe brakes scale in the aircraft.cfg from 0.9 to 0.5 and it's now perfect - no more tipping onto its nose on every dab of the brakes key! (I haven't got toe brakes on my rudder pedals). Thanks for a brilliant plane. Dave.
