I've been waiting for a good solid Phantom for all of my simming years, as I'm sure all Phantom fans in the FS realm have. The idea of the A2A Phantom still gives me goosebumps.

Sounds like a mixture problem. Have you disabled auto-mixture in FSX Realism settings? As for the BSOD, have you tried the fixes in this thread?

Also B17 drivers switched the fuel pumps back on around 15000' if I remember correctly.
