Re: What will it take to get this game selling like hot cakes?

Looks to me like the shoot out boils down to the basics. What it looks like verses how it works. Function verses eye candy. Graphics verses depth. Questions in my mind are as follows. Will the a blond bomb shell stay married longer than plane Jane who can scrub floors, raise kids, bring beer and coo...

Triple head and 2.08 patch

Anyone flying with Triplehead? I have TH2go, monitors, new computer but no time to set it up due to intense summer business. Thus, I thought I'd ask how is it? Once business dies down, I will be back in my trusty Spit saving the free world.

Was a sad time, an honorable time. A time to live, a time to die. A time of virtue and a time of sacrifice. A time to give all, and a time not to ask nor receive . A time of youth never to regained. A time where the weight of the world lies on one's shoulders. A time to press on. A time to press on...

If that isn't a fine work or art nothing is! Top notch... very moving! Very touching on an difficult subject to capture. You captured it brother. Lots of heart in that video. The big draw with BOB WOV is the quality of the sim, and the quality of the community supporting it. I have some nice video "games" but find them boring. They are just mind numming games which are placed at the moment in a box outside my home awaiting to be recycled. A sim vs game are enti...

Lights work on the FSX helocoptors and add on's?

I don't even know if Helo's have landing lights. If they do will the lights work with the Bell 206? As a side question will they work on the Shockwave Spitfire also? Thanks

That is an example of another one of Hitler's !WOOPS! moments when his syphilis cut in and had a brain fart due to his unrelenting ravenous temper. Had Hitler stuck to his guns so to speak, and used the logical part of his grey matter, he would have caused a lot more damage to Britain. Imagine the R...

I have a lever assigned to open my cockpit thus when getting shot badly, I open the canopy then eject. I agree with adding to the evac of the plane, ie smoke, fire etc. Having to open the canopy adds a tad more realism. but smoke, then fire, oil splattering on windshield etc. would be nice for a fut...

Very well put Pappy Cain! You are a writer if I ever saw one! "you can duct tape the average citizen of any country to a chair, and use hand puppets to explain the complexities of the ruling class machinations and their head will crack a gasket." Brilliant, out of the box viewpoint and wel...

SeaVee's profile is what I use all the time. Using TIR-4. That's a good tip, registry cleaner. I appreciate the profile also. I would think a lot of simmers use that profile.

This is what I was referring to if possable. Nonetheless the 135 FOV is very appreciated. A big improvement over the 110 FOV. This somehow was a set up for three monitors. I do not know code nor have any idea if possable but if it is this is what would be nice. http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploa...

Good point Osram. I know little how it works and have not tried IL in Triple Head. Thinking in terms of a 3 viewing system. What ever needs figuring, if it's figurable, will be figured out, I figure.

Any new news? Really excited that the 2.08 patch has the FOV increased to 135, but wondering if the IL-2 format of viewing has any will be added, if not in the 2.08 maybe later? I know you guys are very busy, and appreciate all your hard work. The 135 FOV is still a very nice improvement.
