Re: Is landing gear damage modeled?
One of our recon/night observation planes was a 182 RG and even though I had thousands in other high wing Cessnas, it was really drilled into me that the gear on the RG was flimsy. I know the RG is not modeled but many 152/172 pilots really plant the 182 due to its higher weight. They also don't get...

Re: Starting Engine Manual does not work
I have over 400 hrs in the 182RG and thousands in the high wing Cessnas in general. I find myself 75% of the time using autostart out of frustration so don't feel you are alone. Yes IRL some are finicky and some fire right up regardless of the conditions. That I understand and can deal with but stan...

Re: Simconnect error. Loss of roll.
Thanks that might have been the problem. :D I fly the Dodosim heli and the Stratocruiser so the realism is always 100%. I double checked and it was a hair left ,not noticable by just looking at it. I do not have much time but a quick take off and it appears to have more roll. I appreciate the info. ...

Re: Simconnect error. Loss of roll.
Nothing  The simconnect error went away but I have very little if any roll. All other planes and helis are fine just the Cub. From the animations I am getting full cockpit stick and control surfaces are showing full deflection. I can run the joystick calibration and its showing a good stick. ...

Simconnect error. Loss of roll.
I have always gotten a simconnect error with the cub since I originally loaded it..Please restart FSX .It never seemed to effect anything so I ignored it. I have not flown the Cub in a few weeks and now I get the error message when I load the Cub. Everything seems to work, accusim is working, the pa...

Re: Glide is still too much, despite new patch!
Well actually the ground effect and pre stall buffet are ....... Just kiddin. Now you can really shrink the Cub into some really tight places. What would really be the cherry on top would be a good and weathered interior. Boots, dirt, gravel strips = interior of a old contruction pickup truck. ...

throttle
I am sure this is going to be fixed but this is what I do with my Saitek X52. The button beneath the trigger on the grip I use for planes equiped with reverse thrust. I just hit it and at idle I can hear the rpms lower. Any movement of the throttle however and you have to use it again to bring the t...

That was probably me. They are aware of the power/drag, prop issue. I will now post any comments I have on the flight model here.

I have just bought the plane and going through the learning curve. I did a short flight and was able to track a vor no problem. I tried to dial in and track a loc into a runway but the needles did not appear to move. I did not see any documentation other than a description/overview but no procedures...

Some help with fs9/fsx port.
Ive transfered most all of the shockwave planes to FSX. Today i bought the 190 and have a problem. The vc cockpit is cut off on the bottom and the bottom part stays stationary. Its like the vc is in 2 parts. I have the same problem with the Gotha Ho-229 from another company. ANY help or information ...

The answer is YES. I have not flown the 47 in FS9 so I would not notice anything lost in moving it over to FSX. I picked one out,no thumbnails, flew for a while and everything looked and worked well. Actually great. I have not spent any time or tried starting it up but all seems well. If you follow ...

Does P47 xfer to FSX? YES/NO
Bottom line.
Does the 47 work fullly and well in FSX yes or no.
I own and love the 51 and 17.
But at $40 its a big gamble.
Ive read that some have done it and it works fantastic and some not at all.
Any information welcomed.
