Re: Good-old DXGI DEVICE HUNG error returns...

Just as a follow up from my previous experience and post,

I have updated my Nvidia GPU driver to the last version and didn't experience the error again.

Will keep doing more tests in DX12 + DLSS (on a 3060Ti GPU ).

Good-old DXGI DEVICE HUNG error returns...

So... apparently it made it's way into the MFS 2020 version too :-) After having changed to DX12 mode and start using DLSS FS3, with several flights performed without any problems in other default and payware aircraft, including complex like PMDG 737 and FBW A320N, yesterday I installed the A2A Coma...

Sideslip in landing conf - descent rate?

Hi ! First of all, my congratulations for the excellent aircraft and release for MFS 2020 !!! I had the Comanche for FSX, and it's great to be able to use it now in MFS. Haven't had much time to test it, but on a short circuit around LPCS while on short final I decided to arrive high and entered a &...

Re: An interesting post at the MFS Official forums

Trying to make sure I get it. A real airplane behaves as though it were connected to the world around it by springs (which, since air is compressible, in a way it is). Move a control surface and the action you're taking is dampened as the "spring" stretches/compresses. An MFS aircraft, ho...

Re: An interesting post at the MFS Official forums

Thanks for your comments Dudley. Yes, and I believe Alexis is aware of that yet his findings do show that the reaction to control inputs in MFS looks a bit out of sync with reality... there being practically no lag / damping ... Also, effects like adverse yaw are almost absent in pretty much all air...

An interesting post at the MFS Official forums

Alexis in a post yesterday at the flightsimulator.com ( MFS Official forum ) seems to have captured one of the major quirks noticed by MFS users. I know A2A is "not yet there", at least officially, but I believe they're probably already working in the backstage so I though this might be in...

Re: FLYING THE SPITFIRE: Flying a Circuit (Landing pattern)

Excellent read! I would like to have some aspects of the flight dynamics / ground physics fine-tuned though... .) We should be able to operate the brakes more closely to the real thing, but I tried to set the brake to a button on my TS16000 and then steer and brake to be able to have differential br...

Installing the Spitfire in P3d v3.4 ?

Hi, I'm planning to buy P3D just to be able to use the FSLabs A320 and my old A2A fighters, p51d civil and military as well as the Spitfire, and maybe the B377 too... I will then have to apply the Accusim update, but question is, since these products do not have a p3d version, how should I go ? 1) I...

Re: It certainly feels much better after the latest ACCUSIM!

Thx a LOT for confirming this Scott! Amazing indeed the new feel, inflight and during taxi / takeoff - now you have really nailed that shadowed, for years!, area of the TC core "bug", we finally have a plausive turn-coordinator, and it's really a joy to fly this aircraft, and the others in...
