JPI EDM 830 units for temperature and fuel

Dear A2A, After having finally made the move to the "new" sim MSFS (waiting for A2A to give me a reason to migrate), I have been learning the rops again with the Comanche. It was my first purchase on the new sim, and is the current "go to". I have a question regarding the engine ...

Re: A2A Flying Hours expired?

I would also be interested in learning what might happen here. I had quite a number of these hours on the transfer, and I have hardly used P3Dnow for almost 3 years, as I settled into XP11. I am in possession of new PC parts to assemble an AMD system from scratch again, looking to add MSFS to the fr...

Re: Accu-Sim Comanche MSFS Cockpit Screenshots

... At the same time we actually have plans to bring the Comanche over to XPlane because that platform has been advancing so much. Scott Dear Scott, I hope I am not alone in hoping that you and the team go down this road. I would love to see some of the A2A masterpieces doing their work in X-Plane ...

Re: P3D Hotfix Newb

I have a number of different aircraft, like many others. I have a Warthog HOTAS, two trim wheels by Saitek, MFG Crosswind pedals, and a VirtualFly TQ6+, a total of 18 axes and no idea how many buttons that are configured differently, depending on the aircraft for which they are assigned. I find the ...

Re: P3D Hotfix Newb

The shift from V5 to V6 of FSUIPC is a version change, and they were never free... I assume there is always a degree of work associated with the large number changes, so it is justifiably at a cost. I am happy that the upgrade fee is discounted. Not always the case, as a number of people currently a...

Re: P3D Hotfix Newb

I did the Client and Content update this time. Third party updates are usually pretty quick in coming out. Active Sky already has one available. FSUIPC seems fine but most importantly, my A2A Spitfire seems just as awesome. Steve. Hey Steve, I just saw yesterday that FSUIPC has been upgraded...

Congratulations to the Team on landsliding the FSElite survey back in February!

I know this has already been mentioned in another thread, but the announcement of the results appears to be embedded in the original post mentioning the poll in the first place... FSElite ran a survey of the top GA planes in Prepar3D. It was not a great surprise that A2A took all the top 5 places :)...

Re: Free Accu-Sim P-40 during the current pandemic

An excellent and heartwarming offer. It really is an exceptional and somewhat quirky plane...

I took the opportunity, while on the store, to exercise a little solidarity and purchase the Cub for P3D Pro...

My way of saying thank you to A2A :)

Am I the only one who does not see any video embedded here?

I am using Firefox, 64-bit, latest version... I see no embedded video at all on A2A's forum... the youtube links work when available and youtube works in general

Re: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 - News and Footage

Well, a comment made by a Microsoft representative in one of the interviews at the X019 in London published on YouTube imply that they have modelled in some way all the 48000+ worldwide airports... It is probably unlikely that all will have been modelled to some reasonable depth, but who knows what ...

MarcE, If you are having the problems you describe, I strongly suggest you update your devices. I was experiencing exactly the same and tried using the update tool, to no avail. Use the Flight1 agent to manage your Flight1 products and download/reinstall through that. I found the devices worked exac...

Wow, that is truly sobering... I could get nightmares trying to envisage what everyone on board that aircraft went through...

Thanks for the insight from your training session

Re: Will microsoft flight sim 2020 use less ram

Firstly, do not mix up virtual address space with RAM. The maximum available VAS for a 32-bit operating system is 4Gb (2^32). The 64-bit OS's have a much greater VAS: the user mode VAS is several terabytes in total, but the OS can limit each application to a smaller value. This all has very little t...
