It sounds like you messed up the Graphics drivers and that resulted in you last big issue.

Post your crashlog for us to review. You will find the crashlog in your BOBII folder in the crashlog.txt file it should be the last crashlog in the file.

Go to your BOBII folder and cut and paste the first 20 lines of your crashlog. Crashlog files are found in Crashlog.txt in the BOBII folder.

I did do a quick scan of this documentation.

You have Directx 9 or you would not be running BOBII. You will need to update to the latest Directx 9c to fix some of your issues. I am very sorry but I do not have two monitors. I can not remember a BDG tester who runs with two monitors. We have had users run with two monitors, I think (not a super remembering).

You might try a search for two monitors on the BoBII tech forum (or other word combo's) and review the hits.

Strange, as I can not find this error message in the BOBII code. Did you copy all the text exactly?

Look in file crashlog.txt in your BOBII folder and see if you have a crashlog. Please post the first 20 lines in this thread for me.
