Re: Navigate on the 109
Hi all! Im New with the 109, great visual work, im amazed with al the detail but I have a few questions... I want to make long travels on the 109, but I realize that there is no ADF guage, so... but there is a Radio Panel (if u press Shift+2) that you can select freq, even also for VOR, even an Aut...

Re: More Wings of Silver?
wow....what a rip-off. Ok, well scratch that idea. Now I vote for the connie :) Let's be fair. It's not a rip-off. It's hardly AlphaSim's fault that no version of FS supports more than four engines, all of the exact same type (four jets, four piston, or four rockets). No more than four engines and ...

Try turning Accusim off until you really get the hang of flying the plane. Then turn it on and see how well you're REALLY doing. Why should I have problems flying it? I just said that it's odd doing all the work. But it's true, turning Accu-sim off is almost the same. I didn't thought about it in t...

Re: R-4360 Vs. R-3350
SD-Research: Yes we know the difference between the R-4360 and R-3350 and we know the flames in the picture for the Connie are not relevant to the R-4360. The frustration for me is I know A2A is the best developer out there and to say your airplanes "are as real as it gets", and not a sin...

Re: Exhaust Flames
Air Cobra I too would like A2A to start putting some realism into the engine exhaust and I honestly thought the B377 would be the plane to start. I guess I was wrong again! Here is a pic of some Connie engines with exhaust flames. http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m53/cflord/0943006.jpg Keep the s...

I agree with GlennC, it feels odd to be doing all the work by yourself in a 4 crew cockpit. Maybe future releases of 'accu-simmed' multicrew planes should have crew members doing their jobs as an option. Just turn Accusim off and you'll have exactly that. Then the plane will work fine, you won't ha...

Re: requested new effect
I just finished a flight from Oshkosh to Harrisburg and I can honestly say I did not break anything, ruin engines, make passengers mad, or crash. I even had applause on landing. This is really a fun airplane. One thing that I would love to see added since part of my flight was at night, is the engi...

Re: Using the ILS
This is a great add-on, congratulations to all involved! I'm confused about the ILS. I read the posting in this section in which Rob A2A wrote " Anyway, I've found some error (both needles are connecetd to GS) and it will be corrected, so thank you for posting, Gilles." I just downloaded ...

Anyway, I've found some error (both needles are connecetd to GS) and it will be corrected, so thank you for posting, Gilles. It seems, some runways arn't aligned with the ILS. regards ROB Some runways are not exactly aligned with the ILS, and also, when you are just sittiing on the runway the ILS w...

Re: Wind-tunnel technology
In the features listed at the manual it says "The latest wind-tunnel technology creates fluid flying qualities". What does it mean? Are you overriding in some manner the FSX's flight model calculation with your own? Or have you obtained flying data from a wind-tunnel (real or simulation) ...

Keep the engines above 1000 RPM before you enter the reverse end leave the reveree as soon as spossible. It dies within a few seconds every time I use F2 regardless of what engine speed is shown on the tachometer. I just hope you get the fix out as soon as poss. I cant believe this was missed in be...

Anyway thank you for the discussion. I will come back as soon as I get hold of a genuine fuel system diagram ... maybe in a few years or so :D Oskar The fuel system is diagrammed in the B377 manual, of course (the real manual, not ours) and it is much more complex than FSX will allow. But Rob has s...

Re: Flight Planning
Gargh. You guys are making me think! What kind of fuel planning information can you provide me for this bad-boy? 50% fuel was ample fuel to get me from Greensboro to Chicago (even though carburetor ice had other plans...) so I'm curious as to planning how much fuel to take with me on other tr...
