Download has not installed

Hi everybody.
I have today purchased (not cheap) the C127 trainer for P3Dv4 Professional. After downloading it and extracting the files I now find that it is not installed into the simulator. I do not know what to do. My OS is windows 10. If this won't install how do I get my money back?

Hi Lewis.
Yes I think so. it said it was extracting them to the p3d. But I am not that good with computer things. It's an age thing you know. Any help would be really appreciated.
