Decided to try doing the 250 with aluminum body and invasion stripes.
Any thoughts, corrections, suggestions are always welcome.

Another beauty, George. Like the nose artwork!! Your interior paint looks good too. That;s a nice shade of blue. Regarding the D Day invasion stripes, regulations for single engine planes described each band as being 18 inches in width, placed 6 inches inboard of the roundel and 18 inches forward of the leading edge of the tail plane for the fuselage bands. I'm not sure how this would affect placement on the Comanche , so this is something you may want to check. Here's a shot of a Spitfire, which had the same wingspan as a Comanche:
And another of a Mustang, which has a 37 foot wingspan:
I'm looking forward to seeing the final paint.
Cheers,
Mike

Adjusted the width of the stripes to be approximately 18 inches.
Re-positioned the fuselage stripes to be 18 inches from the leading edge of the tail plane.
The placement of the national insignia on the fuselage looks a bit odd, but I've seen some pictures where the the stripes and star are offset some.
I did try moving the star aft some but it really looked out of place.

Looks brilliant. I don't believe the star and bar was supposed to line up with the D Day stripes, and I've built a few models over the years that look exactly as you have it on the Comanche, so to me eye, it looks good.
Hope to see it soon released.
Cheers,
Mike
