Is it possible to hide the yoke?

Post by maubrenta »

Hi guys, first let me say this is another masterpiece! Fantastic aircraft! The sounds of those engines are on another league, impressive!
Just one question, can't find a way to hide the yokes, is it implemented?

Merry christmas to you all!

Doesn't sound like they've implemented that yet, RonnieDuck! Maybe in the next update...

Hi,

Was this ever implemented? If so, how do I remove it please? If not, I'd like to add my wish as well to have it removable. For me it definitely makes changing the setting on the OBI impossible unless I swap to the co-pilot seat and change it from there. It also hides the selector switch for VOR 1 / VOR 2. Again, my current workaround is to swap seats since I can reach to it from the co-pilot seat!

We are going to update Connie and "hide joke" feature will be included. In a meantime one can move the eyepoint to get a better angle. SHIFT+SPACE resets the view to the default position.

The yoke must be a problem in the FSX version of the Connie. I have the P3Dv4 version and have no problems seeing any of the instruments. I have seen videos that display the problem, so I know it exists. While I have no problems with the yoke, I wouldn't mind the option to hide it.

Those videos also show the little ice indicator "wing" outside the pilot's side window. My Connie does not have this in cockpit view, but it is in the external view of the aircraft.
