Hello my name is Larry Scott and this is the second time I 'am trying to get this product. My first order about an hour ago was Order#65840 and PayPal transaction code(8FD36262V4114523S) Payment Status: Completed Amount: 59.98 USD for B377 Captain add-on. I tried to use a download manger I have, but it kept stopping and losing my connection feed. Before I knew it my three times for each product download was up and I never received downloads. I tried to download again and I was given another Order#65841 and PayPal transaction code(45Y93646D8729691E) Payment Status: Completed Amount: 59.98 USD
The statement at the top shows the Paypal transactions for the two orders. I can send you my PayPal order history it you need it. Paypal took out $59.98 twice on two different orders for the same product. I wrote under "Comments" about my problem, but never received a response. I know this is my fault in some ways, but I didn't mean to order the product twice and I am not sure really what happen, but I was charged twice for the one product. I forgot about this problem for along time, but decided to buy another of your wonderful plane( Cherokee 180) and called up my orders and realized I had not resolve this problem yet!
I was hoping I could get the Cherokee 180 in exchange for the second payment of $59.98 and call it even . Kind Sir I hope you can resolve this for me. I read your e-mail and I am registered with Paypal. I called Paypal and they vertified the double payment on Jan. 25,20014 for $59.98 and that I was registered. I noticed on your PM my email address shows "[email protected] ", that is not right, my email address is " [email protected] am not sure if that is the reason it does not show me registered? Anyway maybe you can retry with Paypal , possible the wrong email address was used. Paypal recommended that I sent you guys a " Money request invoice" for you to refund the $59.98 to my account with paypal. I will wait on what to do until I hear back from you Scott. What I would like to do if you confirm the overpayment is get the Cherokee 180 for fsx from you guys and call it even, but I am not sure if you can do that. A2a simulations products are top of the line and you guys run a tight ship.
