L-4 Cub G-RRSR "Special Delivery" Owned by Robin Roberts, "Special Delivery", registered as G-RRSR, was restored by Robin and his father Bill, to represent the aircraft flown by Mr. Roberts Snr. in the MTO (Mediterranean Theatre of Operations) and France/Belgium in 1943/44. As part of his duties Bill was the staff pilot for Major General Matthew Ridgway whilst in North Africa.

The actual serial # of G-RRSR is/was 44-80609 (c/n 12905

Can be seen at Duxford Air Museum.
