The heading indicator moves on the map with the control on the gauge, so you can set the needed heading to match up on the map, close the map window and fly the heading from the guage.

Thanks for the tip Dave. Well now we know what all the radio functions are for at least. Old school this bird is though. Really not to hard as long as you learn how to do proper timed turns, and you time your flight. A2A did us a favor in including our ground speed on the Shift+2 panel. So takes a lot of the guess work out. So just have to account for drift, and all that good stuff. Should at least be able to put yourself in the ball park of where you intend to be. If nothing else at least take a lot of extra gas while practicing it.
