Hi Techinal support team.

I just bought Accu-Feel from secure.simmarket.com order ID 845397., i downloaded the Zip folder and unzipped the installation in my folder on the desktop and then clicked on the folder of installation and strated the installation, when i reached the set up for direct X step i accepted the agreement and clicked on next an error appeared on my screen saying the following:" an internal system erroroccurred. please refer to DXError.log and Direct X. Log in your windows folder to dtermine problem" and then after this error the "set up" prompts me to finish the installation as a failure and asks me to exit the set up.

Please can you help to install Accu-Feel .

Kind Regards

Toufic

Try this public link for MS Direct X:

Thank you Scott for your reply.

I did install direct X from the link you gave me and it installed successfully.
I clicked on the installation pack for Accu feel and again it is asking me to install direct X, i have 2 options:
1-next and 2- cancel

i clicked 1 and again the same error comes up and it ends the set up of Accu feel.
P.S: just hours ago the first time i was installing accu feel and when the whole issue came up, i did try to click on cancel and continue with the installation, and it did install Accu feel however, after doing this the whole FSX simulator stopped working each time i open it stops and also REX stops. Therefore this time im really carefull about clicking cancel on the Direct X set up because the first time the cost was to reinstall ALL FSX+ Add ons from Scratch.

Another question: part of the requirements is SP2/Acceleration (this is how it was written, does it mean both are required or one of them), i have only SP2.

I was excited about Accu feel but now im really carefull.

Any advice?

Kind Regards

Toufic

Hello,

click cancel and finish the installation. The reason FSX crashed last time was because direct X was not installed, a requirement of Accu-Feel. Rather than reinstall FSX it would have been better to uninstall Accu;Feel.

Clicking cancel on the direct X install should get you to finish the installation and then away you go.

thanks,
Lewis - A2A

Great news :)

Sounds like you are having a hoot, its wonderful how all the little things come together isnt it. My FSX hanger has grown so much since Accu;feel, Ive been flying the default aircraft which is rare for me hehe. 8)
