Hi, I have a question about the P-40's canopy. In my case, I can have the canopy either fully open or fully closed, is there any way to have the canopy open half-way only?

I prefer the fully manual canopy of the FSDS AT-6 (freeware now), which is not controlled by Ctl-E. The incrimental mouse operation makes it more realistic.

I wouldn't remove the keyboard short-cut for canopy. It's less of an issue for P-40 that it would be for Spitfire, though, but if you don't have a Track IR, it's damn annoying to use a hat switch to look back in order to grab the canopy handle. For P-40, I do prefer one that would be opened as much or as little as preferred. Make that canopy winch similar to the elevator trim wheel in functioning.
...but I would prefer the normal short-cut to stay. You don't have to use it if you don't want to.

Same goes to engine quick start option. I don't use it normally since I can think of a couple of scenarios where it could be used.
