Hi guys, I just finally create my own small switch box made out of and old Logitech Attack 3 Joystic and a few switches ON off Position..

I use FSUIPC to control everything from Axis to Joystic Botton .. I also have a Thrustmaster Hotas and I assign all switches to different options.. (havent tried specific a2a control module)

My problem is for example I assign one switch (on-Off) to the battery Master in FSUIPC. I the switch is move to on then the battery master is turned on, If the switch is turned off the battery switches to off.. very logical. But when tested in the sim, as the plane stars already with the Battery On, My phisical swithc is off.. of moved on.. the baterry turn off... Its reversed..

The quick fix is to Sync up with my mouse.. click on the virtual cockpit and now its synced and no problems.. but im planning on adding several switches for several buttons and actions..

Isnt there an Easiest way to automatically sync up al my switches???

The problem is caused by the use of "toggle" functions instead of "on", "off" or "set". Not all FSX controls have those
options, unfortunately.

Where possible, in FSUIPC4, use specific state commands instead of the "toggle" commands. Get a list of the L:Variables
for the aircraft you are most likely to want to set your controls up for.. They MAY offer more flexibility than the default
FSX commands.

To do "automatic" syncing of the switch states versus the variable state, you would likely need to resort to some
Lua scripts that read the internal variable states and if differnt drom your switch state, send the appropriate command
to change the internal state to that indicated by the switch.

And what about the Linda software.. would it be any help?

Also im checking the Joystick Config Tool from the A2A P-47D and it only appears the Turbo LEver.. is that the only option there?

LINDA can be used. Guenter, here in this forum, is the man to ask about that in your situation. Since I have up to 8 assignments
for each of my switches for a given aircraft, I use FSUIPC exclusively.

As to the P-47 configurator, yes, the Turbo Lever is the only assignable function there. That aircraft may have been one of
the first Accu-Sim planes to have the configurator and that type of functionality has "evolved" in subsequent Accu-Sim
releases to where it stands today.

I think I only have 4 sets of assignments for my 10 Saitek Quadrant switches (40 functions mapped) but for many of those
the use of the mouse could reduce that number to those you really NEED to have on buttons/switches in flight.

I jsut like to have my "mouse hand" free to use my joystick while flying and let my "throttle hand" manage the aircraft
functions through the switches on the throttle quads :)
