Don't you hate it when you get to your third and final attempt to download the product you have just purchased that the download fails about 1 Mb from completion after downloading (slowly) the first 260+ Mb of data. Now currently waiting to hear back so I can hopefully get to download the Captain Of The Ship add-on for my newly purchased B377. <sulk>

They updated the files on the server earlier due to an installer issue. If your download was running then it is possible they removed the file.

I got COTS okay, but the 377 stopped at 94% and wouldn't resume. Seems the page for the download closed on my IDM program while downloading:



I don't seem to have any remaining downloads on my account, although that was the first attempt.

Hi Scott,

I had already sent a request for my download allowance to be reset when I posted my message - Lewis must have reset this before you saw this post. I'm happy to say the issue is now resolved and the B377 is now installed along with COTS - just about to load it up now and attempt my first flight.

I purchased this product from the flightsim store (http://www.flightsimstore.com), and i have the same issue, the zip file downloads but is corrupt when you try to open it. I have emailed customer support to no avail, no email reply, no contact i hope they reload the file on the server as im using my download attempts up trying to get this.

The flightsim store have re-uploaded the file, I also had the same issue, and can say all is good now

It looks like they have uploaded a new file, i have managed to download it today. WOW what a fantastic product A2A has produced, yet another bench mark for the competition to strive to. Thank you for your help Meatycus and to A2A, please keep producing fantastic aircraft and Acusim addons.

I just bought it B377 + COTS and all my files are corrupt. I bought it from a2a sim store. My main b377 download remaining 0 yet i don't have the prdocut. COTS only 1 download remaining still corrupt. File just stuck while downloading. What can i do now?

Fire me a PM with your email address used on the store and ill track down your downloads and reset.
