Went to the local GA airport where I live and took a small video clip of the Miss America P-51 taxing and takeoff as well as a close up walk around including cockpit, etc The Mustang will appear at 3:02 in the video. Be sure to watch Part 2 if you want to see a rare A-1 Skyraider as well as an L-39 Albatross.

Thanks for watching!
Matt

Another video that I made while sitting inside the P-51 Miss America. I did the best I could for getting every detail. It's very cramped when sitting inside the cockpit, now I know why its called the "Spam Can". haha

Let's see if we can make a complete "modernized" virtual cockpit...anyone up for the task???

Enjoy!

Wow!
Here's the video box for it:

I would love to see a modernised cockpit for the A2A P-51, as this would better suit FSX's modern - day feel.
Also I love to fly in repaints of current, airworthy planes, so that when I see them at airshows I can think, "I can fly that"

I will try to help make a new cockpit for the Stang.

Thanks for posting the video box...I tried to figure that one out! haha. I agree with you 100% about having both modern and vintage pits. I love them all! Maybe the Miss America pit will start a whole new movement! LOL

I do hope with the new accusim mustang, there will be a modern varient without a gunsight.
This shows the interior of my favourite P-51 Ferocious Frankie, which is a hybrid of new and old

That is a AD-5 not a AD-1... I fly with for them and our bird is a AD-5 which is rare. You got a great video with our new paint and drop tank we just got. Nice videos...

Im anxious to see the T-28 in action! It will take some time though, still in the rough.
