I have a user name and a password which I use to log in. I want to download some C182 repaints, but I am not allowed to do it. Why? What do I have to do?

it has most of the C182 repaints gathered in one place by a member of this forum. There the download locations are different.

which downloads in particular,repaints are community repaints that are downloadable from quite a number of different websites dependant upon where the painter has uploaded there work.
