What program are you using to paint in?

How are you currently saving your .dds textures?

Which textures are blurry?

In Photoshop, save as DXT5 DDS, ARGB 8bpp - Interpolated Alpha with NO MIP maps and the highest compression quality. If it's an A2A paintkit then you will have to enable 'Save Flipped Vertically' as well.
