Hi guys. I wanted to try my first repaint so I just put a quick colour onto the aircraft. Nothing big but I wanted to see if it would show up in FSX. I save it as a Dicom the 5th one down. And I rename the file from .dcm to .dds to save as a dds file. However when I try to save it it says. "There was not enough memory to perform this DICOM file operation" so I can't save as a DDS unless I flatten the image so all the layers are joined. However this still doesn't work in flight sim. I have read the tutorial on the forum but it doesn't help. I also tried saving a BMP file to .dxtbmp but no such luck. I nearly got it when I tried the P-51 I think because in FSX it showed up as like a rainbow colour. I would appreciate your help greatly
Thanks :)
